Maintaining this privacy policy of customer information is of upmost importance to us and it helps build stronger relationships, goodwill and increase confidence.

RagVim offers paid subscriptions for its People - identity verification service, ragv.im - URL shortener service and Communicate - premium email service. Once purchased, any of these subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by raising a ticket on our single point contact care@ragvim.com OR can be left unpaid on next date of renewal.

While we don't offer any refund for our URL Shortener & Communicate services, we do process a refund in our People service after deducting charges for the no. of days this service was kept. The day of your cancellation will be counted as a day in subscription and so be charged.
